Virtual Catalogs – Office 8 is reducing the amount of traditional catalogs we print and replacing them with online virtual catalogs. Separate from our online ordering system, they are accessible from links on our website. They have the look and feel of a traditional catalog. You can turn pages, access the index, search products, and create lists.
Besides our General Line Catalog, we will be offering several other specialty catalogs that will spotlight different product categories like Cleaning and Breakroom Supplies, Furniture, and Special Deals.
Since virtual catalogs are not under the constraints of limited print runs, they contain the most up to date product information.
Still prefer a physical catalog? Don’t worry – we will still have a limited number of traditional catalogs.
Efficient Deliveries – Our warehouse managers work hard to map out every day’s deliveries in such a way as to eliminate wasted miles and redundant routing, This helps cut on fuel consumption as well as vehicle emissions.
You can help, too! Let us know if next day delivery is not absolutely necessary and we will be able to make sure we schedule your delivery within a cluster of stops. This also helps in case there is a backordered item on your order so we can consolidate the deliveries and save a second trip. Backorders are usually just an extra day.
Remanufactured Ink & Toner – This is perhaps the easiest way to help your office become greener. Plus, it will save you money! Our remanufactured cartridges are manufactured with strict specifications to meet or exceed OEM standards. Also, they are backed by our 100% guarantee.
By using remanufactured cartridges, you are helping keep thousands of tons of empty cartridges out of landfills. When we collect your empty cartridges, whether they are OEM or remanufactured, they enter a closed loop, zero landfill process. Cartridges that can no longer be used are disassembled and the materials are sorted and sent to various recycling facilities. The left over plastic is then ground into small chunks and used by plastic injection molding manufacturers.
We make collection of empties easy! We will provide collection boxes that you can give to our driver when full or seal up and ship directly to our recycling facility using the pre-paid UPS label already on the box.
