Description

Organize mortgage paperwork quickly and easily with Smead Subdivided Pressboard Mortgage Folders. Eight interior dividers with preprinted tabs allow you to easily subdivide all of the important documents: Insurance, Tax & Assessment Receipts, Mortgage, Title Papers, Attorney's Opinion, Appraisal, Credit Reports and the Mortgage Application. The first divider also features a preprinted form for the mortgage holder/applicant's information as well as a document inventory index grid with a document add/removal checklist and a separate grid for additional remarks. An additional interior file jacket accommodates documents that should not be punched. Heavyweight cover's spine is reinforced with a strip of tear-resistant tape, and its embedded K-style fastener keeps both the dividers and your documents securely bound together.
